Playa Rasa represents the typical Río de Janeiro state coast, and it is perhaps the less peninsular one. This fact does not take its beauty away : it is a beach where you will not be bothered if you are looking for peace and calm and where you will enjoy a safe strong wind sea. Winsurfing is an official sport at this beach. It is far away from downtown Buzios, but it has many inns by the sea and even a golf course.
